Vitto AI uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional information from images. AI is not perfect. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely incorrect.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: You acknowledge and agree that any use of Vitto AI is at your sole risk. Priority Number One is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or damages resulting from your use of or reliance on the information provided by the app.

By accessing or using Vitto AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

Priority Number One grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Vitto AI application for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or AI models.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

You retain all of your ownership rights in the photos you take using the app. However, by using Vitto AI, you grant Priority Number One a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely to provide and improve the service.

In no event shall Priority Number One or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Vitto AI, even if Priority Number One has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing in Vitto AI could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Priority Number One does not warrant that any of the materials in the app are accurate, complete, or current. Priority Number One may make changes to the materials contained in the app at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Priority Number One operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Priority Number One may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using this app you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
